Stretch & Balance is an #ExpressYoga class created specifically for moms. It is all the stretch of a traditional yoga class without the meditation and zen. Perfect for any mama who needs to bring their little one along with them.

Dance it out with us to your favorite tunes while you feel that slow burn in your booty! This is the perfect class for any mama looking to baby wear!

Join us as we get our hearts pumping and our bodies moving using weights, ropes, balls and more! All fitness levels welcome, all moves can be modified.
