Gain confidence with this beginners guide to working out!  

The syllabus for the program includes:
      Various equipment and how to use it
      Proper stretches
      Foam rolling & recovery
      How to create a "good" workout
      How to get results
      The concept of "defaults" and the importance of consistency
      Minimizing your risk of injury
      Finding your tribe - picking the right workout classes for you

We will also focus on proper exercise form & different moves.
