Kettlebell 101: Cleans

Get it up!  This class will help you learn how to *safely* pick up the bell when its heavy and bring it to a position where you can press.  

From 6:30-7:00 you will learn proper form and technique to ensure that your body stays safe throughout this fundamental kettlebell movement.

From 7:00-7:30 we will put what we learned into practice with a workout that will center around cleans!
