How much can you press over your head?  I bet I can get you to press a few pounds more than you think you can.  Come learn how your entire body, not just your "working" arm, plays a role when you press.  

From 6:30-7:00 you will learn proper form and technique to ensure that your back and shoulders stay safe throughout this fundamental movement.

From 7:00-7:30 you will put what we learned into practice with a workout that will center around presses!
