Come move heavy weights!  This is a technique that will absolutely help you in every day life, so learn how to do it safely.

From 6:30-7:00 you will learn proper form and technique to ensure that you stay safe throughout this movement.

From 7:00-7:30 we will put what we learned into practice with a workout that will center around push-presses!
